Our client was three years old when a daycare worker flipped a table over in his classroom at daycare, with him underneath it. The table landed on his hand, breaking the pinky, and leading him to need surgery to repair the damage.

We made a series of settlement demands very quickly upon taking the case. Each time the insurance company refused to pay our demand, we increased the pressure and began to dig deeper into the bad decisions the daycare made in choosing to employ this teacher to work with children.

The case settled without our client or his mom ever having to appear in court or be involved in depositions. We’re happy to report that his finger has healed well and these funds will be a good start on his college fund!
