Baxley Maniscalco Attorneys At Law
“Jennifer helped me out with my case since September of 2025. [She] helped me out when I got into an accident back in September and...helped me out with my injury case as well. I will definitely use [Jennifer] in the future if I got into another injury as well and I will send everyone that way as well.”

Practice Focus
Jennifer is an Alabama attorney at Baxley Maniscalco Attorneys at Law who focuses on personal injury matters, including car accident claims, trucking collisions, wrongful death cases, and other injury-related claims. She works within the firm’s personal injury division under the leadership of Alyssa Baxley.
She handles both pre-litigation and litigation matters and works directly with clients throughout the life of their case.
Her work is centered on building cases in a way that reflects how insurance companies evaluate claims and how cases are presented when litigation becomes necessary.
Outside of her legal practice, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and staying active in her community.
Jennifer works directly with clients as part of the firm’s personal injury team, managing cases from start to finish and ensuring that each matter is developed, documented, and positioned for resolution.
Role in Case Handling
Jennifer manages a full caseload of personal injury matters, including both pre-litigation and litigation cases.
Her responsibilities include:
- Managing claims from intake through resolution
- Coordinating medical records, bills, and documentation
- Evaluating liability and identifying key issues in the case
- Preparing demand packages and negotiating with insurance companies
- Conducting discovery and preparing cases for trial
- Conduction depositions, hearings, and trials
Her role is to ensure that each case is fully developed, properly documented, and positioned for resolution, whether through settlement or litigation.
Approach to Injury Cases
Jennifer approaches personal injury cases with a focus on understanding how they will be evaluated from both sides.
Before becoming an attorney, she spent over 20 years working as a legal assistant and paralegal on complex cases, including representing both plaintiffs and defendants. That experience shapes how she builds cases today—anticipating how claims will be reviewed, challenged, and defended.
She places particular emphasis on:
- Developing a clear and complete record of medical treatment and damages.
- Identifying issues early that may affect liability or value.
- Understanding how insurance companies evaluate and respond to claims.
- Preparing cases in a way that accounts for both negotiation and litigation.
Her approach is grounded in experience: building cases with the expectation that every detail may be reviewed, questioned, and tested.
