Robert J. Wermuth

Robert is a native of Mobile, AL where he received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in English from the University of South Alabama.

He earned his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2003, and began his practice in Huntsville with the law firm of Stephens, Millirons, Harrison & Gammons, P.C. He would eventually serve as the Managing Partner for Stephens Millirons, P.C. and head of the firm's mortgage servicing practice, before joining Padgett Law Group as the Regional Supervising Attorney for the Alabama and Mississippi offices.

He has extensive experience in law firm management, general civil litigation, real property, residential and commercial real estate transactions, general corporate law and creditors' rights.

He is admitted in Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee state and federal courts.
