Alyssa Enzor Baxley
“Alyssa is absolutely wonderful at what she does. Her knowledge of the law is remarkable and her personality is very comforting even in very uncomfortable situations/times in life.”
— Amanda M.
“Ms. Baxley has represented me on various legal requests. I have found her to be thorough, efficient, and very straightforward, all of which I greatly appreciate. I've had more than one court employee acknowledge how well she handles her cases and how much respect they have for her. I will continue to use her for any future legal needs whenever possible.”
— Randy B.
Alyssa Baxley is a founding partner of the firm and a dedicated trial attorney with a reputation for combining meticulous legal strategy with genuine care for her clients. She believes that strong advocacy starts with listening—understanding not just the legal issues at stake, but what truly matters to the people she represents. Her practice is driven by one guiding principle: every client deserves full justice, not shortcuts or half-measures.
Alyssa earned her law degree from the University of Alabama in 2012 and is licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama, as well as admitted to practice in federal court before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. In addition to her private practice, she serves as a Deputy District Attorney for the State of Alabama, where she enforces child support obligations in Calhoun and Cleburne Counties. This role gives her a unique, practical understanding of how courts operate—and how to move cases forward efficiently while protecting the interests of families and children.
Beyond the courtroom, Alyssa is deeply invested in her community. She is a member of the Calhoun-Cleburne Cleburne County Bar Association, and the American Association of Justice, and she serves as a board member for the City of Oxford’s Zoning Board of Adjustments. She lives on a farm in Munford, Alabama with her husband and four daughters, and they attend Golden Springs Baptist Church in Anniston. Her life outside the law keeps her grounded and focused on what matters most—family, integrity, and service.
